We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. We offer a variety of payment options, including cash, checks, and VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Both discounts and financing arrangements are made on an individual basis.
Our office staff will be glad to assist you with your insurance coverage. When you first visit our office, please bring your current insurance card with you. If you change insurance companies or join another employer’s plan, please let our billing department know. If an insurance referral is necessary, please bring the completed form with you to your appointment.
Panhandle Cancer Care Center accepts all insurance plans except Superior Health and Amerigroup. We will accept these plans if an out-of-network referral is obtained.
We will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 45 days. If we are not contracted under your insurance, you will be given a copy of services and charges to file with your insurance claim form.
